What is a product good for?
You can manage the processes in MiniCRM by using products. In the various products, you can create different cards on which you can store information about your customers.

Cards belong to your customers (companies, persons), therefore, you can manage various processes (purchasing, customers’ requests, invoicing) separately.
Try to add as few products as possible to keep your system easily manageable.
